      I have been a Suntrust customer for 21yrs. Ever since Truist took over the bank its been a joke. Try and call them for help it's a 45min wait. I went into this branch to pay off my mortgage the otherday and they couldn't help me, thanks for nothing. I took my money over to Chase to pay off my Truist mortgage, does that make sense to you. I will be closing all my accounts on Monday with Truist after 21yrs.
