      This bank is 100 percent useless Tried to set up a business merchant account they gave me a runaround for nearly a month with no merchant account horrible Can’t even order business checks correct Without three different attempts first time no checks were ordered second time they ordered the cheapest unusable checks finely one month later it was correct. Wow. They are bad in this office without a care in the world Last trying to deposit a insurance check and Kim in the branch (useless) said they will not except a insurance check had to wait to get a call back from a manager. We’ll guess what no call back surprise surprise so I’m sitting in the branch waiting on a manager. Guess what No help so off I go to open a different business account Do your self a favor if you have a business go to a different bank They are useless at this branch

      The employees here are fantastic! Very polite and extremely helpful. Most treat me like family! I would give 5 out o 5 stars if it wasn’t for this locations ATM problems in the past and now. I’m happy to see the ATM has been replaced but at times this unit has issues or is down completely. Luckily it’s not every other week like the old unit.
