      This bank cant seem to treat people with respect much less know how to withdraw money from your account then wait two weeks to tell you that you owe them 3,000 dollars because of their system mess up Unfair to have to pay back what they messed up

      All the representatives are always busy with other calls. I called on 2/28; on wait for well over an hour. Never in all the years I banked with BB&T did I ever have to wait an hour or more to speak with someone at my branch office on not pleased at the service once I someone came on line.
