  Another great and successful visit to the top tier bank in the nation The great BB&T. Went here this morning for some concerns and issues that were answered fully. This bank has a great team, Erin and Margaret with assistance of Valerie all helped me today with my questions. Full of trustworthy and reliable team. couldn't have asked for a better bank.

  I have a business account which was transferred from BB&T. Truist is the most Terrible bank I have ever dealt with. Every single time I try to do anything with this bank it's a problem. Every time trying to use online banking and every time trying to call. I cannot call customer service and speak to a representative without spending 5 minutes navigating menus that dont recognize your social security number or tax ID. When experiencing a problem and needing to speak with someone you can almost guarantee 90 plus minutes because you only have about a 1 in 3 chamce that someone will know whats happening. P.S. I cannot speak directly of the individuals inside of this branch Its the company and the unreliable technology they use. If you want to withdraw cash be careful. They dont hold very much money in their bank. They may not be able to fulfill your request. I have had an overwhelmingly poor experience every step of the way with this banks systems. Let Me Have BB&T Back!

  Great bank! Valerie especially, she's a very ambitious woman and clearly loves her job. Not only that but she is also very clever she has assisted me numerous times guided me to achieve my first credit card and is currently helping me bring my credit score up! Thanks again 10/10 recommend this bank. :D
