      The staff was extremely helpful and fit me in without an appointment for a much needed wire transfer. Wanpen Farren was very courteous, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this branch.

      The entire bank staff showed up at 9:00 am when the bank was supposed to be opening. The staff then told me there would be a delay in opening because of staffing issues. The staffing issues where the staff was late for work
