      I normally do not post a lot of things but this is ridiculous. I walked into a BBT bank in need of some change. The older lady behind the counter said " Can I help you? " I responded I would like to get some change. Her response was "do you have an account?" To which I responded " No, I don't. " " We only do change for customers. " I was shocked that an institution that is supposed to be based on customer service refused to give out change for a couple of twenties because I was not a customer. Well I can say that after such an experience I am not and never will be a customer. I understand that this means absolutely nothing to BBT as I am far from wealthy and the non existence of my future account will not affect them at all but hopefully other will think of the lack of customer services they provided to me in the future.
