  What bank do you know of, on a Friday afternoon, and during COVID-19, only has 40 one dollar bills? This is what I'm told after sitting in the drive thru for over an hour. Dena Poore said that between the tellers, that was all they had. Whoever deals with the vault was at lunch. Common sense would tell you to check with tellers to make sure that everyone has adequate change for customers before the vault handler goes to lunch; especially on a Friday! The Palmyra branch is way more efficient than Fork Union. This used to be a great branch to deal with, but it has gone down hill in the last 10 years or so!

  Horrible none of my family nor friends bank with these people. I been with this bank for years never had any real issues I use to come and go get money deposit with no problems now things started to change for me they want to take a couple days to deposit my direct deposit when it’s set for a Pacific day and the day was during a week day so there was no reason for the money to not had came out plus I get emails telling me when and where my money goes. I also like to keep a set amount in for emergency reasons so then When I call and ask them they gone say it’s not them but my bills get paid every month with no problems on top all of that money was showing in there like I had it but it wasn’t really there so everything bounced and cause my account to overdraft now I only have 69 dollars to my name and I have bills to pay luckily I get paid three times this month. I was never offered any kind of rewards or shown no appreciation for my customer loyalty besides thank you for banking with us something they have to say to us. They didn’t even care that I overdraft and things were late coming out their tellers have attitudes with smart mouths and that’s why they get cussed out and hung up on. I will not have no more dealings with them ever again they got me once won’t get me twice. I have lost all trust and want no kind of dealings With these type of people, None of my friends or nobody that I associate with nor family members have accounts with this bank because all I always heard from them were negative things and it’s sad today I finally see what they Meant. Trying to get over on me to get money but the joke is on them now cause my bills gone always get paid regardless plus I have found a bank that appreciate their customers more and one who offer me rewards, extra money, help me pay off stuff, give me loans and charge me no fees for my money orders and the most important they gone make sure my transaction come out when I need them too on time so don’t waste your time with these rude unprofessional Considerate people Run and do not DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!
