      I have called 4 times and told all associates we’re busy and hold and I would be transferred to the bank manager when I get the bank manager I get a message that Monica is no longer at that bank and her phone number is such and such in Cleveland and I can’t get anybody to answer a phone and I have an important question about my retirement IRA and I am very disappointed

      The atm shut down just as I made my deposit. I had to stay on the phone for another 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue. Bad business!

      It took about 25 minutes to deposit. 3 Teller lanes are all opened but it looked like only 1 Teller was working. Need more tellers.
