      My mother went up to the BB&T on Buchanan Trail in McConnellsburg,PA and got Trudy Morton and she has been extremely disrespectful to my mother over the course of months. My mother gets her balance and she acts like it is a problem for her when that is her job. I too work for a bank and we do not treat our clients like that. She yelled at my mother today for simply walking from one side to the other in the mulch because my mother didn't want to walk all the way around the building. I did escalate this with a branch coordinator and i am hoping she gets some feedback and training on how to have a better relationship with BB&T'S clients and her people skills.
