      Absolutely outraged with the level of customer service I have tried for four days to try to pay off a debt. Waited a total of 5 hours on the phone and unlimited emails with no end result I have waited over 2 hours just to be hung up on when it’s my turn. I call and they transfer me and transfer me and transfer me it’ll be 65 minute hold on no problem and nothing! Either they hang up the phone or someone transferred me and it’s no ones problem but my own. I’m simply trying to pay off less than 500 dollars of an overdraft and can’t get anywhere! Get it together Suntrust or bb&t!
