      I have been a customer with this bank since 1975, in the way this rollout is going and the unavailability to talk to anybody about it is going to make me a Synovus customer fairly quickly. This rollout in transition to Truist is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this bank. 2/21 new debit card doesn’t work, locked out of my account, has my phone contact info switched from mobile apt and iPad version, so you could say I’m not happy. Spent 45+ mins on the phone and was cut off, tried a 2nd time same thing, tried to go back on line and it said server could not be found.
