  Heather Stanton is a sweetheart! I am traveling from Leesburg, GA. There aren't any BB&T branches near my home. My mother banked at BB&T in Florida when she passed away last year. Neither of us from anywhere near Daphne, AL. I am the administrator of her estate and recently received the papers to do so. I went to this branch to use the ATM since I use SunTrust bank. I went into the branch to see if I could open an Estate account or whatever needs to be done as administrator. This was not your run of the mill transaction to say the least. On top of that.Heather had just today returned from maternity leave. Well she is a pro! She started the process and is going to communicate with the Adel branch to help complete this transaction. Thank you Heather for all you did to make this a smooth transaction.

  A future warning to anyone thinking of getting an auto loan here; The only way to pay your loan here is by providing a routing number and a account number! They will NOT take a debit or credit card as a form of payment. I would be surprised if they even accepted cash at this point. The process to get your 10-day pay off is through fax and snail mail ONLY! They will not email a copy, will not send a .pdf, will not scan or upload to you. The request takes a minimum of 2 days for them to process (If they even do it!). The local branches are useless since they can't even get the information for you because they have to put in a request also. This is the hardest I have ever had to work to GIVE a bank money.

  Awful rebranded a already closed down bank should of just closed . With online tools there’s no need for bank in person anyways but I got a flyer and thought I would try it . It says nowhere anywhere what credit score is needed here little hint it is 700 . So why waste customers time if you don’t approve them because they are starting out or have some owed bills nothing to do with a bank . Why even bother going through this hassle . She was very rude and kept telling me I had not paid a bank ??!! I called and it’s bei have a 550 credit score not a 700 . Not a bank for average people
