      HEADS UP!! BBT overdraft policy verbatim from BBT employee: Sorry we screwed up and charged you an overdraft fee, so we will credit you back for it. 3 months later: Sorry we screwed up and for no reason AGAIN charged your account an overdraft fee. But since we refunded you for the last overdraft fee we screwed up and charged you, we can't refund u for another overdraft for 2 years, no matter how many times we screw your account up with bogus overdraft fees. Please BBT, call me a liar and I'll be happy to post the pics and call recording. Wrong guy😂

      I'm a BB&T customer for many years. I have several personal accounts, a business account and a line of credit. I have been using several BB&T branches around town to deposit checks and withdrawals. At times I use the lobby and at others I use the drive through service. Of all the branches I have used, this branch is the worst where service time is concerned. The waiting time at the drive through is on average 10 minutes. In all other branches the waiting time never exceeds 3-4 minute. Today I sat in my car at this branch's drive through for 13 min just to deposit a check. This will be my last time using this branch of BB&T.
