      Earlier this month I visited this location to check about opening up an account. I was greeted at the door by the teller and felt very welcomed. I was offered a bottle of water & coffee while I waited to see the Branch Banker. There was only two people in the branch but the traffic seemed to be managed smoothly. I believe the bankers name was Cheryl or Sherrie, however she was completely cold and disconnected from the experience. She did a wonderful job helping me with any questions, she just seemed to be annoyed with it at the same time. If I decide to open a bbt account, it will not be at this location. I hope she was just having a bad day & she’s not always this unfriendly. I hate to make a bad review, but because of this situation I just couldn’t bring myself to open an account that day.
