      Truist is the only bank I know that actually doesn't want your money. The mobile app works like 40% of the time (for mobile depsits)...and when you go to a location the ATM will not let you make a deposit. Maybe this is a new sells tactics??? We at Truist are so good we laugh at your vain attempts to give us money (insert top hat rich men laughing).

      Worst bank ever. The workers are very rude and very unprofessional. The atm is always broken and will shut down in the middle of using it. Do not bank here. They pick and choose when to reinforce the rules. Also how does the pandemic force you to change your so called rules about cash deposits? This bank just needs to be shut down.
