      Spoke with Sarah Pope about cashing bonds. She told me to sign the bonds and went to get the information regarding the procedure. She returned and advised that the bank could not redeem the bonds which turned out true. However I was not suppose to sign the bonds before sending them in. I called and left Sarah a message asking for assistance since I signed the bonds at her direction. Mind you I am a customer of this bank and specific branch. Sarah did not call back and no one at the bank offered any assistance so what I am suppose to do with improperly signed bonds at Sarah’s direction and no one to assist me. This is what you should expect when banking with BB&T. Just letting everyone out there know. Joe Reiner
