      Well, where do I begin! After seven phone calls and three requests at the drive thru window for a new debit card...my old one was hacked for the fifth time...I have yet to receive a new card. Granted it's only been seven weeks but who's counting! Never have I been treated so poorly by a bank. I'm moving my funds elsewhere!!

      They are okay but getting to the manager is almost impossible also the Loan Dept. No help. The Loan Dept has an elitess attitude. They're snobs! They treated me like white trash and I make more money on retirement than they get in salary. Ha! They act like they only deal with rich people. Rich people don't need money! Duh!

      If you have an issue, don't count on reaching the manager. For months I was charged a fee that the manager said they would fix. Every time I called, she is "unavailable ". I left several messages and 1 call back and she did not answer when I called right back. You constantly have to use this account to escape a monthly fee. If my balance is low and I have not reached my monthly use quota, the monthly fee then equals what is left in the account. They never refunded what they took out by mistake. Worst bank ever! Stay away!!!!
