      These reviews about "rude tellers" are insane. If you treat THEM with respect they treat YOU with respect. This PNC branch is the reason I stay with PNC. Latashua and everyone else there are professional, quick, and kind. Anyone that tells you otherwise is probably an entitled jerk 🤷‍♀️

      I've been to a lot of PNC branches, and even a lot of pretty bad ones (most are) - but this one is by far the worst. I'll be closing $160k in accounts immediately. Absolutely terrible customer service and rude tellers are just the beginning. Bank anywhere else.

      If you have ANY other choice of banking, choose it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Literally working to move ALL 4 of my accounts today after the experience I had today. Enough is enough.
