      BB&T is an awful company in general. BUT the staff at this branch is hands down AMAZING! They have been so helpful over the past few years. Especially Jan! She is so friendly and professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and that's how it should be! So thank you Jan for always being so great! You are the reason I will miss banking at BB&T.
