      Branch has lil to no customer service ethic to it. Employee turnover is higher than any banking branch i have ever seen and the overall moral is majorly concerning when speaking to the representatives privately. The employees appear to all be over worked (carrying multiple jobs at one time ) due to under staffing. Branch Manager shows no follow through and absolutely no follow up or customer service skills. unfortunately we will be taking our banking elsewhere.

      I had an overdraft fee in my account and also i called the 1 800 number and they just closed my account out and I know that I don’t want them to close my account because I have paycheck coming in to my account so I pray that I will get it back open and also refund my money back to my account
