      Really disappointed. I am a corporate customer who sat in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes only to be told they won't give change back off of deposits to customers such as I and would not be able to process my transactions. I really was incredulous. I got to the Charlottesville branches and have never once been told this. Instead of explaining the rationale or making an exception to help me out this one time, I was given a courteous "move along". The woman was not unpleasant but not helpful. When it comes to banks...we have a lot of choices. Customer service matters during these challenging times and someone's unwillingness to help damages credibility with the customer. I will be making my recommendation to choose a different bank to help me with my business needs and removing my personal accounts as well. I was THAT dissatisfied.
