      Opened account with April at Gatlinburg 17 years ago. Every time I have visited all local branches and anywhere at south East I have gotten best attention from tellers and managers. Always 5 stars!!! I'm very glad April continues to work in Sevier county and provide brilliant customer service to the clients. Thanks to all team members, great job!!!

      Yikes... Truist took two good banking institutions... BB&T and SunTrust... merged them ... and made for the worst bank I have dealt with in my banking lifetime of 55 years. Truist marketing is pure hype with a good touch of Woke. Look elsewhere for a bank

      * ABSOLUTE RUDEST and DISHONEST STAFF I HAVE EVEN ENCOUNTERED!!!!* I have been banking with bbt for over 15 years... I have personal a counts and had a very successful business account with them as well ... I have used the kodak tn , pigeon forge, and Knoxville tn branches these blast 15 years... recently kodak had been shut down due to low foot traffic. .. I was told the easiest route in selling my boat was to get a cashiers check ....not only has this been the biggest hassle but I have been lied to , disrespected, belittled, and so forth.. not by just the teller, but the branch manager, along with another staff member who was suppose to be over this entire staff... regional and corporate will be getting letters from both myself, and client from both states! !!!
