      since the merger with BBT, service at the Sevierville TN branch is absolutely terrible. it is to the point you must endure long waits for the simplest of services. we are closing all acc ounts and getting the heck out of this bank. you're nuts if u open an account with them. i endured the long wait and closed 1 account and have changed all direct deposits over to our new bank which is Citizens.

      At the new bank in order to do a night dep drop you literally have to wait in a long line for people to use the ATM. The ATM takes forever. I have waited every single night for For a long time and I have an hour and a 1/2 drive home. Their customer service is also the worst around
