      Since becoming Truist Bank it has become the WORST bank ever. I just spent 1:30 on the phone trying to talk to someone to redeem my rewards but my phone died because not a soul picked up.l am sure l won’t be the only one because this new bank is not Suntrust. Very disappointed.
