      On Tuesday June 21 @ 10AM, the drive through lanes were all closed. I did NOT want to wait in a long line in a crowded lobby. What kind of bank is this????

      I have been with SunTrust bank for 30 years. Never any problems until Truist took over. I have a credit card that is supposed to be paid automatically every month. Starting a month or so ago, they stopped auto payments, and charged me $25 plus interest for late payment. Luckily I checked my acct and found it . I was very upset , and came into bank. They said they would correct the problem. I just received a notice of late charge again for this month. I have never had to deal with this much incompetence . Very upset , I do not trust this bank
