      Worst bank experience ever. I have had countless problems with this bank and this experience tops it off. I came in very polite and asked to withdrawal $5,000. They then told me that they could get me my money next week. She then went on with saying my signature was chicken scratch. And I even had to pull out my passport to show her that it was my actual signature. I then asked for her name and the bank number so that I could speak to someone above the bank staff that was causing the issue and she refused to give it to me. And none of the employees had name tags on. I am completely dissatisfied with bb&t and especially with this branch and will be switching bank as soon as they “allow” me to get MY money out which I assume will be on there time.
