      I’ve been a customer with this branch for many years. Unless, the standards have dropped during COVID, people there are amazing. Bankers and tellers are friendly, I never saw them being lazy and one usually try to apologize for the wait in between. They wait to finish up even after it’s time to close. I’ve met up with 3 bankers and they’re all understanding, some more helpful than the others. In terms of the box, whoever was free would let me in, both banker and teller, not sure if that was right with policy but I appreciated lesser wait time.

      I am not happy with this branch. You can never tell when they are open or closed. Pretty much a guessing game these days. One minute the lobby is open and then closed. Now it's drive thru only. Then theyre closed Thursday and Fridays? Rediculous!!! I've experienced this issue with the Duluth, ga location as well. I checked online when they were open. Also all closed and was taking drop off and ATM service only.
