      Two weeks after the change to Truist, four hours on hold, 3 visits to the branch, and I STILL cannot get into my account. They don't care.

      I hope Suntrust keeps and eye on their branches, I had a terrible experience, tried to open a portafolio with them, the lady branch manager took me to her office where she basically told me to come back a different day with my spouse because she had a commitment already and was about to leave, didn’t let any of the other ladies who were willing to help me help, didn’t even asked for my business card or phone number. Bottom line she didn’t want my business. Terrible service. I will stick to online banking.
