  Excellent and caring customer service. I've personally never had any issues here and received swift service each time I've been. My only complaint is that I did not see any simple way to directly contact a financial advisor via phone call or teleconference anywhere at this location during this pandemic.

  DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST or TRUIST. Tried to make an $800 deposit in the ATM. The ATM ate $500 and spit $300 back out. I did not receive credit for the $500 in my account. I went inside to get the issue resolved. They have me an 800# to call because they can't help with ATM issues. I called from the bank lobby, 25 minute hold time. I asked for the bank manager while on hold. She could not help, said she had to use the same 800#. Left the bank branch while on hold. 30 minutes later a representative answered. The representative said they can only replace a defective card and told me to go back to the bank branch and speak to the bank manager about the ATM. I asked for a supervisor and was told the hold time was 30 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes (40 minutes total at this point) the rep call back in the line and said he was transferring me to another representative, not a manager. After the transfer the line disconnected. Tried calling three local phone numbers associated with the local branch office. Not one answered. Only one had a voicemail. When I left the branch earlier, there wetter the employees inside and zero customers, so the reps are available but they did not answer the phone. Going back to the branch to try to get my $500. After which I will close the account. DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST or TRUIST.

  They mix nickels up with quarters. They are conducting illegal activities.
