      If I could give Zero stars I would! Never had a problem with this bank just this BRANCH! was told we were not able to get a MONEY ORDER bc my fiancé was not a U.S Citizen! I called Truist and said this is not their policy PERIOD! As long has you have an account with them there should be no problem. I called the bank back and the man who answered the phone told me he had not heard anything like that all day and there was a problem with their system in updating his account. I told him that was not what was said at all! They are completely RACIST! And lazy! The lady did not want to do a money order at the end of the day and you tell she just made a very offensive excuse
