      Had 20 minutes left until closing time & didn’t want to see us. We got there 30 minutes before they closed and weren’t seen until 10 minutes after.. HORRIBLE service.

      So besides bb&t just being not the best bank, this bb&t in particular has a woman that answers the phone that is rude and completely unhelpful. She will get an attitude with you for asking basic questions and flat out refuse to help you with even the most simple tasks. I've encountered this a couple times and so has my husband. Also the ATM never has cash in it and it doesn't let you make a deposit which is really frustrating.
