      I opened my account online and came here to do some paperwork. I had previously considered banking with SunTrust but was so turned off by another branch. I met with Flo today and she’s amazing. So personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I had been banking with USAA and it’s been so long since I’ve sat down with a banker. I was blown away by her, and even the fact that the branch manager came over, introduced herself and shook my hand. 1000% recommended this location based on my first impression. I was nervous about SunTrust in general over the negative reviews- but this branch and particularly Flo have me excited knowing I made the right choice.
