      Called this branch in hopes of getting some answers. Spoke to Erica Jordan, who had answers to all my questions. She was amazing. I plan on getting auto loan, Heloc and Personal line of credit with them... Great Experience.

      Amazing staff to work with, will take care of you whatever you issue might be! The previous 1 star was due to temp staff while the main staff had to quarantined due to one employee being sick (they went above and beyond with virtually no notice which was impressive).

      BB&T is a great company my dad and I have banked with them for a while now. I have my daughters savings acct set up with them. The reason I’m giving this location 1 star is because of the African American teller who’s name I can’t remember... I’ve never seen her before.. (maybe she’s new) my dad and I go with Robin who’s amazing and super sweet. But this lady who I saw today was very rude. BB&T needs to be careful with the new employees who they hire... cause don’t forget... they hold our money. But if you visit this place... see ROBIN!!
