      The Trust branch in Homewood offers poor customer service. If you dare ask for anything you are met with disrespectful body language like you are imposing. I wanted to make a deposit on one of my accounts and asked the teller which of the two accounts she mentioned was my savings account. I was met with a shrug and rolling eyes... This was my second time at this branch and when I went a week earlier it was another teller and again poor service. I wanted to update our account address and my name was spelled wrong and she could not fix it on the address change form. I corrected it manually and she was put off as she would have to print the form again...really??? If they cannot do simple things with a smile, then I'll close my accounts and find a better bank.

      The branch manager Jerhlyn (or however it could be spelled) lied repeatedly to me. One example is that a 'permanently closed account' could be reopened with a charge. This is false. These people are incompetent and liars.
