  Staff Courteous but since Chang of management has been very difficult to get what I need. Mort person doesn’t call bac. CUST care # had me in hold for 1 hour 15 min and could not help Me and said branch could do what I needed. Had been to branch and told me to talk to mortgage person who when i finally spoke to her she said HELOC were another dept. CUST care said Mort person could do it😡Branch said outside their ability. All I needed was copy of my HELOC NOTE. 1st 10 years there with original employees as Colonial bank they were fantastic!! Could do whatever I needed. Since BBT and now Truist I would tell everyone to stay away but probably just the way things are today. Banks just too big now.

  Worst service ever . not clerk but managment terrible.Never will come there again...Better go to San Carlos branch , there ara excellent !!!!!

  Went to this branch this morning for the first time, after having made two withdrawals at their ATM for a total of $6 in fees. I was the only customer in the bank and after waiting for some time, I was asked to approach the counter. At that time I requested to convert the $500 of $20 I just took from the ATM machine to 5 $100 bills. The man was very rude and asked if I had an account there. He said this was not allowed for non account holders but he would make a one time exception. He said he wanted me to be aware of the bank's policy. Called their corporate office and spoke to someone who was not aware of this policy. If you are looking for rude treatment from employees, then this bank is for you.
