      Easily the worst branch ever. The branch manager is extremely cold. She will talk about you if she thinks you are not listening. She called me dysfunctional and said me and my partner were disorganized. Keep in mind, last week I went into this branch and waited 2 hours for NO one to even say hello to me. So let's not talk about dysfunctional. I am shocked that she is a manager for a branch. Should be fired on the spot. I plan to take my entire relationship elsewhere very soon. Tired of the support I get from these people. The only silver lining is my business banker. He has been solid thru it all.

      Planning to Leave SunTrust. Saddens me as I have been with them for 15 years. But ever since they switched to Truist it has gone downhill. I walk into an office and no one greets me. I call them, and no one ever answers. My business banker is good and always replies, but he is not branch level so he cannot take care of my personal needs. Good bye SunTrust.
