      My experience with the Truist Bank at Flower Hill in Gaithersburg MD was the worst I had with a bank on the 30 years . Incompetente staff, new ridiculous requirements and a refusal to even acknowledge they may need to improve their customer service . They even make it difícult to make small deposits that can be done at any ATM . When an ATM can do a better job than your tellers , it is maybe time to rethink your own professional ethics . After a terrible visit at the window, went inside to call the attention of the Branch Manager Marsha Thomas . Instead to acknowledge she spend my short visit try to convince me that I was delusional . Her office sign that said “branch leader” or lack of I think says it all . I would not recommend my worst enemy to open an account with this new bank and much less to visit this branch . I will shorty sort out my automatic payments and put this financial relationship on my back mirror .
