      Five stars. Very helpful and polite. The bank is never crowded and is very efficient. I would like evening extended hours one night a week though until 7:30. Other than that they are wonderful.

      Their computer systems were moving as slow as molasses but Desy was super helpful and patient through the whole process to get my business taken care of.

      Lazy. Went in to add my son. It would have required all of 5 minutes. I was the only customer at the branch. 2 tellers just standing there. 1 guy sitting at his desk and another lady in her office on the phone. I was sent away and told they couldn’t help me. Laziness. I’ve banked with Suntrust for 20 years I really hope this isn’t their new level of service. This branch needs new staff.
