      The online banking banking experience became a totAl nightmare and still is full of glitches. Today I tried to access accounts and it kept opening on a page trying to get a separate account to go paperless. No matter how many times I clicked on choices, nothing happened. The “agreement” page had no “I accept” button anywhere. 4 times and the same thing happened they should have kept the Suntrust online system. It is ridiculous to operate in this manner

      I’ve had this bank since I was a freshmen in college and it served me well until last year. I’ve never had issues with them until they started charging me insane overdraft fees that were out of my control! I still worked with them until this past month when they transitioned to Truist. In February they were suppose to mail a new debit card to me but it’s never arrived. It is now April and I have to go out of my way to the bank and withdraw monthly weekly. I have a tight schedule and no car and time wise, I cannot afford to do that all the time. I am really disappointed in what they’ve become and recommend finding a new bank
