      They don't deserve the one star. If this was the last bank on Earth I wouldn't use them. The staff is rude. They will not do what they say they will (such as giving you a call when paperwork has gone through). BB&T will refuse to accept payment but then charge late fees. I thought the nightmare was over when I closed my account a year ago but it isn't.
