      A friend of mine called there today to ask if she could come deposit her check in person since it still wasn’t in her account from depositing online. She was kind and polite when asking, but Instead of simply answering the yes or no question with a “I’m sorry but I’m not able to do that”.. your employee answered with “no! You have to wait like everyone else since apparently you couldn’t wait yesterday.” I understand people have a bad day every once in a while but that is completely unacceptable and your employee should be ashamed of talking to someone like that. Very unprofessional and I hope my friend eventually switches banks because this is not the first time she has been spoken to like this. Sounds like you all need to clean house.

      You guys (Wesbanco in general) got greedy. You started charging money for using a "foreign atm machine. Also, refusing to let me use my bank account to send money to someone through Paypal, only offering to let me use my debit card, so you can charge me over $5 for it... I'm changing banks, and telling other people I know to do the same.
