      Slowest service I've ever experienced. Current reps are not trained properly in banking procedure and have made numerous mistakes. They have to ask each other how to complete simple transactions. I've banked here for 15 years but shopping for a new financial institution. Enough is enough! I moved my banking to First Citizens and highly recommend them.
