      I have been on hold for over an hour and half, for customer service and when I called the branch was told they could not help me.

      ATM was down so I used the drive up teller area. Was told that the bank cant count money and refuses to he responsible for miscounting. I'm shocked at the level of incompetence of a financial institute. Reccomed to avoid this location, other locations are able to count.

      Their new lobby close policy is ridiculous! I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through line to just get up to the speaker. And then another 30 minutes while they served just to people. If you’re going to have a drive-through you need to have all of the tellers open. There were only two of the four open. I closed out my account today and do not plan on returning!
