      An unprofessional experience. I deal with 10 to 15 different banks on a regular basis and this one of the worst. Terrible policies that no other banks have coupled with poor teller training.

      Extremely disappointed in this bank and branch. Media and Maris Grove branches have been closed for months. I travel up to Newtown branch to deposit a check, This should have been a routine transaction. The teller misplaced the deposit, took weeks to straighten it out. Customer service at this bank is terrible, stay away.

      Worst customer service ever. They would not even cash a check off their own bank because they can't figure out to verify it in their system.
