      I was stop today at this branch by drive up only for one transaction, one check deposit and I had to wait in the front of the window 10 minutes for that transaction ridiculous and a middle east men pass in the front and don't have the courtesy to said I'll back to helping you....for courtesy only He ignored the window like this people make a favor to me. And is not the first time this happened at this branch I don't written any complaint before but this is too much how they are ignoring the drive up transacción . They need a better service , understanding about pandemic and short employees but a less one person for this kind the transaction when clients try to dont go inside the branch because covid-19 contagious this is priority.
