      Poor customer service, they literally refuse to return calls, after days of waiting. On top of that, if you dispute a transaction, do not expect to get your money back anytime soon. Not to mention when you call the 1-800 number regarding any account issues, you get to speak to people who struggle with english and cannot form simple sentences correctly. This is not an ideal bank for anyone who takes banking seriously, as their ''banking'' practices are flawed and shady to say the least.
