      By no means is the 5 star for the bank. It is for Shane at this location. I made a deposit and this young man was so bombarded because he was the only one there. Running inside and drive thru on a Monday and its the 1st of the month. He deserves a raise and some acknowledgment of a great jib. Keep your head up Shane.

      No mortgage specialist at this branch. Always understaffed with tellers. Always a long wait. Banking fees for everything. Incompetent employees who misspell names and address on certified checks with my info right in front of them. Ever trie to close on a property with your first and last name misspelled on the check? I feel like I’m a bother to them ever time I walk in. If you have an issue with anything regarding your account don’t expect it to be taken care of at this branch. Zero stars!!
