      Attempted to get in touch with a Michelle Staniford to discuss an issue but the bank policy is to not give out phone numbers of those higher up in order to keep issues on the "down low". Not sure if Ms.Staniford will ever see this but her subordinates are aware of my unhappiness with customer service.

      you can not get help from employees at this branch. Also this bank does not look at your best interest. Always their advice is to get more of you. Stay away from this bank. terrible experience.
