      This is a new branch with most of the same people from the old branch. The personnal in this bank are professional, friendly and efficient. I usually am at this bank at least once a week and it's all good. Jerry K.

      I’ve been banking with SunTrust aka Truist for over 10 years and I have to say this branch has the rudest and incompetent employees. I came to open a checking account and was sent me back because they were going to close “soon” and because they didn’t have a manager. I couldn’t even understand why a manager has to do anything with opening an account. Nonetheless, this will be the last time I will step into this branch. Save yourself time and take your business somewhere else.

      I called them last week. The person who answered the call was very rude and careless. And she did not care to listen to what I said and then told me to wait because she had a customer.
