During the middle of February I stranded at my pharmacy with no way of paying for the Medication air with no way of paying for a cab home. After I called my best friend and they sent me an Uber to get home I immediately started calling all of the branches near me to finally getting through to this I finally got through about a half an hour before they closed a woman answered the phone and I tried to explain to her what was going on and I got nothing but attitude and unwillingness to help. As well as misinformation I would not recommend anyone open an account at this branch especially when it’s the bank that’s causing the Inconvenience the only reason why I’m giving them one star is because she was the only one that picked up the phone that day

SunTrust bank they have poor customer service communications. Specially the one by Rockbridge Rd in stone mountain GA. They close your account without any notification little to no help when you come to they're branch.
